Retail Outlets

     We are primarily a farm that grows what is known as 'direct to retail', in other words we sell to the COOP or a restaurant, and they sell to you. We don't use a broker or a distributer, allowing us to receive more and the retailer to charge you less for our product.

     What we call our "teenage" lettuce is served by a number of local restaurants, and we will update the list as we begin delivering in the spring.

     At the Hanover and Lebanon COOP stores we supply the following items in the organic section. Watch for the shelf labels to change as local products come in from spring into early summer.

• Flat Leaf (Italian) Parsley
• Curly Parsley
• Rainbow (Bright lights) Chard
• Red (Ruby or Rhubarb) Chard
• Green chard
• Sugar snap peas (Spring)
• Garlic (Available late August, and sells out very quickly!)
• Shallots (Fall)
• Heirloom tomatoes! Luscious! Delicious!

At the White River COOP we supply a limited number of items.
