After doing a summer's apprenticeship in 1967 on an organic farm in the NC mountains, Michael went on to spend 20 years turning farms into golf courses and condominiums, and is now doing his penance by growing you delicious organic vegetables!

Jan came to the farm after a career teaching the visually impaired, and raising four lovely daughters. She has an abiding interest in healthy, organic foods and cooking them well. She has returned to Massachusetts to be closer to her daughters and more importantly her grandchildren. As I begin the new season she is sorely missed in many ways.
